I’m Jpaul Dodson, and I’ve had the privilege of living and breathing baseball for a significant portion of my life. While my playing career spanned 13 years, my true passion extends beyond the diamond, focusing on player development and sharing my love for the sport.
Buffalo Baseball Academy
After hanging up my cleats, I decided to give back to the game that had given me so much. This led me to establish the Buffalo Baseball Academy, a place where I could pass on my knowledge and experience to the next generation.
At the academy, we offered expert coaching, valuable lessons, and exciting camps for young baseball enthusiasts. It’s my way of fostering a deep love for the sport and helping talented youth players reach their full potential.
MLB Career
My journey in Major League Baseball spanned six incredible years, during which I worked behind the scenes to develop talent.
The most memorable part of this chapter was my time with the San Francisco Giants, where I played a key role in their player development department. It was an honor to be part of the team’s incredible success, including winning two World Series titles in 2012 and 2014. My focus on player development played a pivotal role in the team’s achievements.

Player development is where my heart truly lies. My extensive experience in this field has made me a recognized figure in the baseball community.
